Registration fees include room and meals from Monday evening to Friday lunch

Members of the EuCheMS societies get preferential rates.

For the academic and industrial participants, the accomodation includes a single room.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be notified by email at fccat@sciencesconf.org.

Registration fees will be partially reimbursed as follows:

- cancellations received until March 14, 2016: refund of the paid registration fee minus a cancellation fee of 50 €.

- cancellations received between March 15, 2016 and April 22, 2016: refund of 50% of the paid registration fee.

- cancellation received after April 23, 2016: no refund.
